We operate at the intersection of traditional market research, strategy consulting, and advertising agency services. This innovative model allows us to help clients deeply understand their customer targets and then engage with precision and purpose to drive results.
At Cyan Health we work to maintain a culture that is entrepreneurial and excellence-oriented. We invest in the professional growth and development of our team, collectively and individually and we actively encourage and support our team in gaining new experiences and building new skills that can be shared with each other and with our clients.
We also believe strongly in the value of collaboration. Our employees enjoy significant autonomy and flexibility, yet work closely in teams to offer clients the benefit of our collective experience, talents, and perspectives.
This Junior Art Director needs to be a visual thinker who collaborates with members of our cross-functional agency teams. Under the direction of our senior creative team, the Junior Art Director will concept, design, and execute creative solutions for PowerPoint presentations and a wide variety of print, and digital communications targeting the spectrum of healthcare audiences (including payers, health systems, healthcare professionals, and patients).
We’re seeking a graphic designer with an outstanding aesthetic sensibility who can adapt design styles to suit specific audiences and purposes, understands that design for marketing communications must be grounded in strategic discipline, is comfortable taking direction, gets along with others, and can work efficiently to meet deadlines.
The experience and responsibilities listed below are subject to change.
At Cyan, we value and leverage the brainpower and perspective of all team members. With that in mind, the candidate may be asked to participate in strategy sessions dedicated to the advancement of client and/or agency objectives.
